Anarchic AI — Voice Sales Representative

Anarchic AI is a voice AI representative we developed for telephone-based sales and customer communication. It answers incoming calls, identifies the customer’s needs and guides the conversation using the business’s information and processes.

During a conversation, it responds to interruptions and changes of topic. When the customer starts speaking during a response, it returns to listening. The current version offers 30 voice options and support for 24 languages, allowing businesses to choose a voice and communication style that suit them.

Company sources such as product information, services, prices and frequently asked questions are supplied to the system. Responses are intended to draw on these sources. Business-specific tasks and communication rules are defined during setup.

It can connect to an existing telephone line and business software. Configured integrations allow it to check availability or status and, with the customer’s approval, create appointments, reservations or enquiry records. Conversation and transaction records can be reviewed afterwards.

It can be adapted for tourism, car rental, product and service sales, and appointment scheduling or service enquiries at healthcare organisations. Setup covers selecting the voice and communication style, preparing company information, defining tasks, connecting business software and linking the telephone line. It can also be configured to handle calls outside business hours.

Planned developments include emotion-aware conversation handling and handover to a human representative, routing between specialist AI representatives, written communication through WhatsApp and web chat, and a management analytics dashboard. These should remain clearly identified as planned features.
